Privacy Policy

Nuyis Gas operates the gas top-up service at https://www.nuyisgas.app. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.

Account details: your email address, username and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).

Order details: the wallet address you enter, the network, gas amount, price, payment method, payment reference and order status.

Bank-transfer receipts: the image or PDF you upload as proof of a bank transfer, plus any reference or note you add, so staff can verify your payment.

Saved card references: if you choose Auto-pay, Paystack gives us a reusable card reference together with the card type, bank, last 4 digits and expiry date. We never receive or store your full card number or CVV.

Support conversations: the messages, photos, files and voice notes you send in Help chat.

Referral payout details: if you join Refer & Earn and add a payout account, your bank name, account name and account number.

IP addresses: recorded with sign-in attempts, account-deletion requests and other sensitive actions, for security and fraud prevention.

Notification tokens: if you turn notifications on, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging issues a token for your device (or browser), which we store to send you notifications, along with basic device and browser details.

Homepage video views: an anonymous, randomly generated viewer key stored in your browser, used only to count daily video plays. It is not linked to your account.

Technical details needed to run the service safely: rate-limit counters and activity logs of sensitive actions.

We never ask for and never store your seed phrase or private keys.

We do not store your full card details. Card payments are handled by Paystack.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.

To process your orders, verify payments and deliver gas to the wallet you specified.

To send you order and payment updates, if you have turned notifications on. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.

To answer your support requests and pay referral commissions you have earned.

To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Paystack, our card payment provider, to take and verify card payments and save cards for Auto-pay.

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver push notifications to your device.

Our hosting and database provider, which stores your data and uploaded files on our behalf.

Our email provider, to send account and security emails such as confirmation links.

Public blockchains: the wallet address you give us and the transfer to it are public by the nature of the blockchain.

Authorities, when we are legally required to.

Order, payment, receipt, delivery, referral and support records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records, and to handle refunds, disputes and fraud checks.

When you delete your account, see section 8 for what is removed straight away and what is kept.

Access to your data is restricted by role. Sensitive keys are stored only on our servers and are never exposed in the app.

All traffic is encrypted, and sensitive actions by staff are logged.

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app or at https://nuyisgas.app. We email you a confirmation link; your account is deleted only when you open it. The link works once and expires after 60 minutes. Deletion is blocked while an order is in progress.

On deletion you are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in; your username and email are replaced with anonymous values; device notification tokens, saved card references and staff roles are removed.

Order, payment, receipt, delivery, referral and support records are kept, linked only to the anonymised account, for the legal and accounting reasons above.
